Terms and conditions of hiring an emplacement

Les Prairies de la Mer is open from 28th March until the 11th October 2009.
GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS
The emplacement will be available for occupation as from 2 p.m on your day of arrival and must be vacated before midday the day of your departure. During the high season i.e. July and August, scooters or any other 2 wheels vehicle except for motorbikes will be prohibited on the site and will have to be parked on special parking places.
DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Family pets are welcomed free of charge. Pet owners must keep them on a lead and will be held responsible at all times for both the hygiene (cleaning materials are available at the reception) and the behaviour of their pets
during their holiday. Irresponsible owners may be requested to leave the campsite. Pets are not allowed on the beach by law.
CANCELLATION
1 - Any cancellation must be made by registered mail.
2 - We guarantee the repayment of all deposits paid before your arrival, without costs, if they fall into the following categories :
a) Illness, accident, death of the person whose name the reservation was made in, his spouse or their immediate family.
b) Redundancy of the signatory or spouse.
3 - If your cancellation does not fall into the above mentioned categories and is received 60 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be reimbursed less 45 euros costs.
4 - No monies will be refunded for cancellations received later than 45 days prior to your reservation date, unless they fall into the categories mentioned above.
How to make a reservation...
By Internet: You can reserve your stay in less than 10 minutes by going directly to our website www.riviera-villages.com. Payment can be made by credit card (visa, carte bleue or mastercard) using our secured booking system.
By Telephone - 00 33 (0)4 94 79 09 09: Our sales advisors can guide you according to your requirements and budget an option can be taken. Please ensure your reservation form is correctly filled out as illegible or incomplete forms will delay the processing of your reservation and your requested accommodation may no longer be available.
For all reservations Your reservation only becomes a fixed reservation upon receipt of the payment on account required.
We will send you a written confirmation for your stay after receiving the reservation form and payment. The balance of your stay must be paid the day of your arrival on the campsite.
LOCAL TAXES ARE APPLICABLE AND DETERMINATED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES. (The local tax at Les Prairies de la Mer 2008 was: 0,60 euros)
You cannot reserve a specific emplacement number.

A reduction will be given for a stay of a minimum of one week and based on the youngest person in the couple
*Valid from the 28/03 until the 05/07/2009 and from the 29/08 until the 11/10/2009.
